Terms of Service

    Article 1: Application of these Terms

    These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to all relationships between the user and this service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") regarding the use of this Service. By using this Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

    Article 2: User Registration

    To use this Service, the user must agree to these Terms and register as a user according to the method prescribed by this Service. If the user is a minor, they must obtain the consent of a legal representative such as a parent or guardian before using this Service.

    This Service may not approve a user registration application if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons:

    • If the applicant has violated these Terms in the past
    • If the applicant has been subject to suspension of use or cancellation of registration for this Service in the past
    • If this Service determines that the user registration is not appropriate for any other reason

    Article 2-2 (Prohibition of Multiple Accounts)

    Users shall only hold one account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

    Article 3: Management of User ID and Password

    Users shall manage their user ID and password at their own responsibility. The user shall not transfer or lend their user ID and password to a third party. This Service shall not be liable for any damages caused by the user's negligence in managing their user ID and password, or by the unauthorized use of their user ID and password by a third party.

    Article 4: Prohibited Matters

    When using this Service, the user shall not perform the following acts:

    • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
    • Acts related to criminal acts
    • Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of this Service or a third party
    • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of this Service's server or network
    • Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service
    • Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
    • Acts of impersonating other users
    • Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in connection with this Service
    • Other acts that this Service deems inappropriate
    • Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

    Article 5: Suspension of Provision of this Service, etc.

    This Service may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to the user if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:

    • When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to this Service
    • When it becomes difficult to provide this Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
    • When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
    • When this Service determines that it is difficult to provide this Service for any other reason

    Article 6: Disclaimer

    This Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to the suspension, interruption, or termination of the provision of this Service.

    • This Service does not guarantee that the Service will be free from defects in fact or law (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
    • This Service shall not be liable for any damages caused to the user by this Service. However, if the contract between this Service and the user regarding this Service (including these Terms) is a consumer contract stipulated in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer does not apply.
    • Even in the case of the preceding paragraph, this Service shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances among damages incurred by the user due to default or tort by this Service (including cases where this Service or the user foresaw or could foresee the occurrence of damages). In addition, compensation for damages incurred by the user due to default or tort by this Service shall be limited to the amount of usage fees received from the user in the month in which the damages occurred.

    Article 7: Changes to Service Content, etc.

    This Service may change the content of this Service or terminate the provision of this Service without prior notice to the user, and the user shall agree to this.

    Article 8: Changes to Terms of Service

    This Service may change these Terms at any time without obtaining individual consent from the user. If the user uses this Service after the change of these Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

    Article 9: Handling of Personal Information

    This Service shall handle personal information acquired through the use of this Service appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".

    Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of this Service's head office shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court.
